(Detroit, MI) — The Minnesota Timberwolves pulled away from the Detroit Pistons during a 124-117 win at Little Caesars Arena. The Wolves outscored Detroit 31-22 in the second quarter and led by as many as 17 in the fourth before the Pistons closed the gap in garbage time. Karl-Anthony Towns and Anthony Edwards each had 27 points in the victory. Minnesota is on a three-game winning streak. The Wolves remain in first place in the Western Conference at 29-and-11. Minnesota hosts Memphis tonight.
