(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Timberwolves tip-off the Western Conference Finals with a Game One match-up against the Dallas Mavericks at the Target Center tonight. The Wolves are coming off a 4-3 win over the Denver Nuggets in the best-of-seven Second Round earlier this month. Minnesota went 3-and-1 against the Mavericks in the regular season, but Luka Doncic missed two of the match-ups, and Kyrie Irving only played in the game that Dallas won. The T-Wolves haven’t been to the WCF since 2004, when they lost to the Los Angeles Lakers 4-2. Tonight’s game tips off at 7:30PM. In other team news, Rudy Gobert was named to the NBA’s All-Defensive Team yesterday.
