Twins Appear Likely To Stay On Bally Sports North This Season

(Minneapolis, MN) — The Twin’s future of broadcasting games on television could be clearer tomorrow. The relationship between the team and Diamond Sports reportedly will continue for at least a few months. Diamond Sports, which is the parent company of Bally Sports North, filed for bankruptcy in March. Shortly after, the sports media company missed a payment as part of its 54-point-8 million dollar contract to broadcast Twins games in 2023. Diamond eventually made the skipped payment after a court ruling, and the next payment is due to the Twins tomorrow.
