Twins Blank Reds

(Cincinnati, OH) — The Minnesota Twins held the Cincinnati Reds to just four hits during a 7-0 win at Great American Ball Park. Kenta Maeda earned his sixth win after striking out eight and allowing one hit in five frames. Ryan Jeffers and Willi Castro both went deep in the victory, but Minnesota infielder Royce Lewis left the game with an injury in the eighth. The Twins have an eight game lead in the AL Central at 80-and-72, and their magic number is three. Bailey Ober starts for Minnesota against Cincinnati this morning.
