(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Twins took the rubber match of their series with the Tigers with a 12-3, seven-inning win over Detroit at Target Field. The Twins trailed by three early before scoring twice in the bottom of the second and three times in the third. Jose Miranda had a career day at the plate, going five-for-five with three doubles, three RBI and four runs scored, while Ryan Jeffers had a home run and four RBI. The game was called after seven innings due to inclement weather. Bailey Ober earned his eighth win after striking out eight and surrendering one earned run and two unearned runs on seven hits in six frames.
