(Toronto, ON) — The Minnesota Twins took the rubber match of their weekend series against the Toronto Blue Jays with a 5-1 win at Rogers Centre. The game was scoreless in the top of the seventh when Carlos Santana hit a three-run home run to put Minnesota up for good. Max Kepler added a two-run double in the eighth to seal the win. Bailey Ober earned his fourth win after striking out ten and allowing just one hit in six-and-a-third scoreless innings. The Twins have won 17 of their last 20 games. They’re in second place in the AL Central at 24-and-16. The Twins host the Yankees tomorrow night.
