Twins Rally Past Brewers In Seventh

(Milwaukee, WI) — The Minnesota Twins scored five runs in the top of the seventh inning to earn a 7-3 win over the Milwaukee Brewers at American Family Field. The Twins trailed by two entering the inning before Carlos Correa tied the game with an RBI single. Ryan Jeffers hit a go-ahead three-run home run to give Minnesota the lead later in the frame. Jeffers drove in four runs during the victory, while Alex Kirilloff had four hits and reached base five times. Daniel Duarte earned the win out of the bullpen as the Twins improved to 3-and-2. Pablo Lopez starts for the Twins against Cleveland in Minnesota’s home opener this afternoon.
