Twins Take Down Southsiders

(Minneapolis, MN) — The Minnesota Twins pounded out 13 hits during a 6-3 win over the Chicago White Sox. The Twins scored four runs in the bottom of the second before adding two more in the fifth. Willi Castro hit a three-run home run during the victory, while Christian Vazquez had three hits and an RBI. Joe Ryan earned his first win after striking out eight and allowing just three runs on four hits in six innings, while Griffin Jax picked up his third save. Minnesota has won four of five. The 10-and-13 Twins send Simeon Woods-Richardson to the mound against the White Sox today.
