USC Student Journalists Accused of Stealing Jerseys From NFL Draft

(Kansas City, MO) — Two men arrested last week on suspicion of stealing jerseys from the NFL Draft are now identified as USC student journalists. The 41 and 19-year-old men are accused of taking the jerseys from a restricted area at the draft in Kansas City. Police say they got access with their media credentials. The men were arrested while on a plane getting ready to return to Los Angeles. They’re accused of taking three jerseys valued at 350-dollars each. Five USC students were invited to the NFL Draft on behalf of the university.
