(Eagan, MN) — The Minnesota Vikings are adding some depth to their defensive line. The team signed defensive tackle Sheldon Day from the practice squad to its active roster yesterday. The move comes a day after the Purple placed defensive lineman Dean Lowry on injured reserve. Day has not played in a regular season game since 2021 when he made 21 tackles and had one sack in seven games with the Browns. The Vikings host the Bears on Monday night.
