(Eagan, MN) — Kwesi Adofo-Mensah made the easiest decision he’ll ever have to make as general manager of the Minnesota Vikings yesterday. Adofo-Mensah and the Vikings exercised the fifth-year option on superstar wide receiver Justin Jefferson. The move keeps Jefferson in purple through the 2024, and it gives the Vikings plenty of time to work on a long-term deal with the receiver. The 23-year-old caught 128 passes for 1809 yards and eight touchdowns last season.
