WA Supreme Court Denies Pac-12 Review

(Olympia, WA) — The Washington State Supreme Court will not review a lower court ruling concerning management of the Pac-12. A Whitman County judge ruled Washington State University and Oregon State University have control of the Pac-12 Board, because the remaining schools announced they were leaving the conference. The University of Washington filed a lawsuit in opposition to the ruling. The state Supreme Court’s decision allows the lower court ruling to stand. UW could appeal the decision.
