(Bismarck, ND) — University of Mary has a new athletics director. The university on Monday announced Marcus Wagner as just the fifth Director of Intercollegiate Athletics in the 65-year history of the school. Wagner had been serving as Associate Director of Intercollegiate Athletics for Mission Advancement at the university. He succeeds Cooper Jones, who was named athletics director at Mary in March 2023. Jones accepted a position as deputy athletics director and chief revenue officer at University of Memphis. Wagner begins his duties on November 25th.
