Wild Lose To Ducks

(St. Paul, MN) — The Minnesota Wild gave up a pair of goals in the final period of their 3-2 loss to the Anaheim Ducks at the Xcel Energy Center on Saturday. Kirill Kaprizov and Jon Merrill both scored a goal in the first period to give Minnesota a 2-1 lead, but Ryan Strome and Troy Terry both lit the lamp in the third to give Anaheim the victory. The Wild are in seventh place in the Central Division with 47 points and a 21-23-and-5 record. Minnesota returns to action on February 7th against the Blackhawks.
