SD Aerial Tour Companies Remain Open After Parks Change

(Rapid City, SD) — Helicopter tours in South Dakota are changing their routes. Companies want everyone to know they’re still open after being banned from getting close to national parks. The change was made to reduce noise pollution and enhance visitor experiences. For Black Hills Aerial Adventures, it means flying farther away from Mount Rushmore and elsewhere. The co-owner says they aren’t giving up in the fight to overturn the restrictions.
