Man Arrested After Benson County DUI Crash

(Maddock, ND) — A 71-year-old man has been arrested for DUI following an early Sunday morning crash in Benson County. Authorities say it happened on Highway 30 near Maddock, where the man’s vehicle struck a guardrail, rotated several times, and came to rest in a ditch. He was taken to a hospital to be treated for serious injuries and was later arrested.
