United Host Portland

(St. Paul, MN) — The Minnesota United go for their first league win in over a month when they host the Portland Timbers at Allianz Field tomorrow. The Loons drew Real Salt Lake 2-2 last weekend. They haven’t won an MLS match since beating Portland 1-nil on May 20th, although they did take down FC Kaiserslautern in a club friendly on Wednesday. Minnesota is in 12th-place in the Eastern Conference with five wins, six draws, and seven losses. Tomorrow’s contest kicks off at 7:30PM.
