(Bismarck, ND) — The National Day of Prayer is being commemorated at the state capitol. Organizers say a ceremony has been held midday but people are encouraged to use any time today to offer up prayers of thanksgiving and praise. The North Dakota Family Alliance says prayers are especially needed for first responders, educators, government, business and church leaders and military personnel.
