Driver Crashed Into Passing Train Near Manvel

(Grand Forks County, ND) — An elderly man is dead after an accident involving a train. It happened just about 9 o’clock last night at 33rd Avenue Northeast near Manvel. Reports are the 79-year-old driver slammed into a rail car as the train was passing. The investigation into the crash is ongoing and the name of the victim is being withheld pending autopsy results.
