(Horace, ND) — A petition to recall Horace Council member Stephanie Landstrom is approved. Several people were upset with Landstrom after the council voted not to extend its tax abatement program for new home construction. A total of 98 signatures were validated to initiate the recall. The recall election is scheduled for Tuesday, August 15th.
