(Bismarck, ND) — Steal workers in Bismarck are working out a new labor agreement with Doosan Bobcat. The United Steel Workers union began negotiations back in December of last year. Union reps say stipulations include the company limiting mandatory overtime and a defined benefit retirement plan. North Dakota is a right-to-work state giving workers the option to join a union or not.
