Moorhead Man Accused Of Throwing Rocks At Business, Fighting Officers

(Moorhead, MN) — A Moorhead man is accused of throwing rocks at a fast food restaurant and then fighting with responding police officers. It happened at a Taco John’s after 6 p.m. Sunday. Police say a 34-year-old was found near significant damage to the restaurant’s windows. He then allegedly got into a physical altercation with officers before being arrested. The man is charged with criminal damage to property, fourth degree assault, and obstructing the legal process.
