Groundbreaking For Cultural Heritage Center

(Pierre, SD) — Ground breaks Tuesday on the iconic Cultural Heritage Center in Pierre. Governor Kristi Noem and members of the Historical Society’s Board of Trustees will attend tomorrow’s ceremonial event. The center, located near the Capitol, attracts thousands of visitors from around the world each year.
