Bismarck Event Center Director Charlie Jeske Won’t Be Charged

(Bismarck, ND) — The Burleigh County State’s Attorney says that former Bismarck Event Center Director Charlie Jeske will not be criminally charged for a trip he took that was paid for by vendor E-TIX. The case disposition report stated the North Dakota Bureau of Criminal Investigations found no evidence that he violated criminal law. The trip resulted in a lengthy investigation, and eventually led the Bismarck City Commission to ask for Jeske’s retirement.
