Man Charged After Minot Robbery

(Minot, ND) — A Minot man is in custody after police say he assaulted and robbed a woman Sunday night. Police say Dion Williams approached an acquaintance and demanded that she return personal items to him. When the woman said she didn’t have them, Williams allegedly attacked her and took several items from her. The woman was treated for minor injuries at a hospital, and Williams faces a felony robbery charge. He’s being held at the Ward County Jail.
