(Bismarck, ND) — A man who hid a camera inside a tanning bed at a Bismarck gym has been sentenced to nearly six months in the Burleigh Morton Detention Center. Former Planet Fitness employee Layton Kessler was arrested last August after a woman discovered the camera while using the tanning bed. Investigators say he later admitted to installing the camera, and pleaded guilty to surreptitious intrusion charges. Kessler will have to register as a sex offender and is required to serve two years probation after he’s released.
