Avera Health Announces Data Security Breach

(Sioux Falls, SD) — Avera Health says that the imaging firm, DMS Health Technologies, used at different locations in the network, experienced a data security breach. About 15-hundred Avera patients are impacted, according to Wednesday afternoon’s release. The hospital system said any impacted patients will be contacted directly by DMS.
