Dealer Gets 21 Years In Prison For Fentanyl Death

(Sioux Falls, SD) — A Sioux Falls man is going to prison for a long time after selling fentanyl leading to the death of a young woman. Twenty-five-year-old Armando Angel Cheshier was sentenced to 21 years yesterday for the 2021 death of 19-year-old Kaylee Teppo. Cheshier was convicted for distribution of a controlled substance resulting in death in 2022. Teppo overdosed after being given both fentanyl and Xanax.
