(Pierre, SD) — South Dakota Democrats are calling for the firing of Govenor Noem’s communications chief. In a statement from the South Dakota Democratic Party, they say Ian Fury is “an utter failure in doing the basics of a public relations job.” They all agree that Fury’s firing should result from the negative national headlines of the state. The statement also says Fury should have fact checked and reviewed Noem’s book before publication. The SDDP concludes the statement by saying “it’s time South Dakota taxpayers stop paying for Fury’s incompetence.”
