Jason Tomanek To Serve As Acting Bismarck City Administrator

(Bismarck, ND) — Bismarck Assistant City Administrator Jason Tomanek has been selected to serve as acting city administrator. Starting next Wednesday, he will step in to fill the role of Keith Hunke, who will retire next Tuesday after more than four decades with the city. Tomanek, who was appointed this past Tuesday after a unanimous vote by the City Commission, has spent over 17 years working for the city and will serve until a new city administrator is officially hired. There is no set timeline as to when that will be.
