Timberwolves Visit Nuggets In Second Round

(Denver, CO) — The Minnesota Timberwolves are in the Western Conference Semifinals for the first time in 20 years. The Wolves visit the Nuggets in Game One of the best-of-seven series at Ball Arena tomorrow. Minnesota is coming off a First Round sweep of the Phoenix Suns. The Timberwolves went 2-and-2 against Denver during the regular season. Chris Finch is expected to lead the team despite injuring his knee when Wolves point guard Mike Conley ran into him in the closing minutes of Minnesota’s Game Four win over Phoenix on Sunday. Tomorrow’s game tips off at 6:00PM.
