Rodeo Days In Mandan Opens Sunday

(Mandan, ND) — Mandan Rodeo Days will christen its new arena this weekend. The rodeo dates back to 1879 and Mandan will host the event at the new Dale Pahlke Arena beginning Sunday. There is rodeo action on Monday and on Tuesday, July 4th including steer wrestling, barrel racing, bull riding and roping. The purse has been increased by 40-thousand-dollars to 160-thousand-dollars this year.
